This drawer pull was fashioned using half of one of our mid-size Ponderosa pinecones, flattened on the back to mount vertically against a flat surface. We make these pulls with two short sprues on the back so they stand out about 1/8" for ease of grasping.
All of our knobs, pulls, and handles are handcrafted using solid bronze, utilizing the lost wax process to develop our pieces. As a result, they are not perfectly uniform; the shape and surface texture may vary a bit from piece to piece, and the exact size and placement of highlights may also vary. Each piece is provided with screws for mounting.
Please Note: The Espresso patina is almost black in color and will not have many highlights due to the patina process.

Bronze will, likely, darken over time as it is exposed to the weather or from normal wear and tear. You can care for it by periodically washing with a gentle soap, applying a high-quality paste wax, and buffing with a soft cloth. You can also use compressed air to blow it clean being careful not to leave residue on the surrounding surface.
If these suggestions do not bring your item back to life, we will be happy to refinish the pieces for you for a small fee per item.
