About Us

We're just two kids in our mid 50's who are looking to timelessly link nature and art through our unique bronze process. Each item we build, from bronze cabinet knobs to bronze toilet paper holders, is lovingly hand crafted with the individual client in mind. Beth brings levelheadedness and style, while Garrett brings creativity and passion. We consider it an honor to help clients bring their specific ideas to life and turn those ideas into art - art that can be passed on for generations.

When it comes to residential planning, it's essential to strike a balance between functionality and aesthetics. Whether you're designing a new home or renovating an existing one, careful planning is key to creating a space that meets your needs and reflects your personal style. In this guide, Beth can help explore the important aspects of  planning your space, with 3D imagery and story boards, and provide expert tips to help you achieve your dream home.

  • Space Optimization

One of the primary goals of residential planning is to optimize the use of space. This involves carefully considering the layout and flow of each room to ensure maximum functionality. Start by identifying the primary activities that will take place in each room and arrange the furniture and fixtures accordingly. Utilize storage solutions such as built-in cabinets and shelves to minimize clutter and maximize storage space.

  • Lighting Design

Lighting plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable home. Incorporate a combination of natural and artificial lighting to enhance the ambiance of each room. Consider the orientation of your home and strategically place windows to maximize natural light. Additionally, incorporate a mix of overhead, task, and accent lighting to create layers of illumination and highlight architectural features or artwork.

  • Material Selection

Choosing the right materials is essential for both the durability and aesthetic appeal of your home. Consider factors such as durability, maintenance requirements, and visual appeal when selecting materials for flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and other surfaces. Opt for high-quality materials that will stand the test of time and complement the overall design of your home.

  • Personalization & Style

Residential planning is an opportunity to express your personal style and
create a home that reflects your unique taste. Consider incorporating elements such as color schemes, textures, and decorative accents that resonate with your personality. Don't be afraid to mix different design styles to create a visually interesting and personalized space.

  • Energy Efficiency

Incorporating energy-efficient features into your residential plan not only helps the environment but also saves you money in the long run. Consider installing energy-efficient appliances, windows, and insulation to reduce energy consumption. Additionally, explore renewable energy options such as solar panels to further minimize your carbon footprint.

  • Outdoor Living Spaces

Don't forget to extend your residential planning to outdoor living spaces. Whether you have a small balcony or a spacious backyard, create an outdoor oasis that complements your indoor living areas. Incorporate comfortable seating, greenery, and lighting to create a welcoming and functional outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment.
