Solid Bronze

Basic Patina:

Our bronze items are cleaned and then are oxidized black using an ageing
solution before being gently buffed back to accentuate the recessed areas and
texture to reveal the warm golden bronze undertones.

Traditional Patina:

The same process is done as the Basic Patina. Then the piece is heated to
remove any moisture, and a water base dye is added to give the piece its rich
reddish color. Then it is heated again to remove moisture again.

Sealant:

Each piece is coated with Smart
Coat that has zero VOC, no odor, and is non-hazardous, which helps to protect
the patina.

Bronze will, likely, darken over time as it is exposed to the weather or from normal wear and tear. You can care for it by periodically washing with a gentle soap, applying a high-quality paste wax, and buffing with a soft cloth. You can also use compressed air to blow it clean being careful not to leave residue on the surrounding surface.
